How do I register and donate?
You may register and donate online.
Where do I pick up my Shirt and Bib?
Shirt and Bib pick up is at Germantown Athletic Club on Thursday, 9/26, from 2pm - 6pm and Friday 9/27 from 2 pm - 6pm or you can pick up at the Run on Saturday morning beginning at 8 am at Wolf River Boulevard at Kimbrough.
May I pick up shirts and bibs for friends and family?
Yes.
Am I guaranteed a race shirt?
Yes, those who register by September 15th will get size and color of choice. Those that register September 16th and later will receive HHS black shirts, we will do our best to anticipate sizes, but we can get you a black shirt post race.
How can I get a race shirt if I do not want to participate?
You may register to receive a race shirt. You do not have to compete if you do not wish to do so.
What will we receive at packet pick up?
You will receive your race shirt, race number, and timing tag if applicable.

Where is the race located?
Corner of Wolf River Blvd and Kimbrough.
What time does the festival start?
8:00am
What time does the race start?
Certified 5K - 9:00am
Color Run - 10:30am
Where is the race start?
The race will begin and finish on Wolf River Blvd. See the course map for more detail.
What if it is raining/snowing on race morning?
The race will happen rain, snow or shine
When should I arrive?
Most runners plan to arrive at an event 1 hour prior to race start time. If you have not picked up your packet at a packet pick up, please arrive at least 1 hour in advance of race start.
How long will it take to find a place to park?
Around 5-10 minutes. To avoid long lines please arrive early.
Where do I park?
There will be ample parking in and around Stearn Cardiovascular Clinic, West Cancer Center and Campbell Clinic.
Are baby joggers/baby strollers allowed in the race?
Yes, please start towards the end of the pack.
Are walkers allowed to participate?
Yes, please start towards the end of the pack.
Are runners allowed to run with dogs?
Dogs are not allowed.
Can we participate as a relay team?
No
Are there awards for the 1 Mile?
No awards will be given for the 1 Mile.
What are the awards?
Medals awarded to the Top 3 MALE AND FEMALE in the following Age Groups OF THE 5K:
9&Under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
*no awards will be given in the 1 mile color run*
*must register as Chip Timed to be eligible for awards*
